Our advanced 5-Axis CNC Gear Analyzers from world leaders such as Osaka, Mahr, Klingelnberg and Gleason enable comprehensive inspection of gear profile, lead, pitch, runout and tooth geometry. Optical Measuring System

Automatic Gear Tester
Our Automatic Gear Testers provide fast and highly accurate evaluation of total composite error, tooth-to-tooth variation and functional performance. This enables real-time quality control and ensures every gear runs smoothly under load.
3D CMM Video Vision System
The 3D CMM Video Vision System combines CNC coordinate measuring with high-resolution imaging to inspect complex contours, hole patterns and multi-axis geometries with exceptional precision. It is ideal for intricate EV, tractor and locomotive components.
Grinding Burn & Lead Tester
This system detects thermal damage, grinding burns, lead deviation, crowning accuracy and micro-surface inconsistencies in ground gears. It ensures the integrity of critical surfaces and guarantees noise-free and high-performance gear operation.
DQMS – Digital Quality Management System
With our WIFI enabled instrumentation & inspection equipment, our clients can access real time Quality data via QC dashboards directly on their servers.
Gear Roughness Tester

Millipore Cleanliness Test Apparatus
